No, ownership has not changed - it has always been the Azalee Marshall CAC. At some point in the CAC's past, the Azalee Marshall fell in to disuse.

As I'm sure you know, the CAC has not been in this facility since its beginnings, but only since 1978. This building was named in honor of Mrs. Azalee Marshall, long-time president of the Cultural Activities Center.

In the spirit of celebrating the CAC's rich heritage, we have once again begun using the full name of the Cultural Activities Center.

That's a great question - thanks for visiting! The next time you are in Temple, I hope you will come in and see what else has changed!
